What made this keyway partial fit
A lower partial on key and keyway attachments, with no clasps showing, for a patient about to start bisphosphonates. Three things made the fit, and one of them I'd change.

End-of-day notes were my biggest time sink, so I built the tool I actually wanted: one file, on my own machine, that I can change myself.
